Koç Healthcare Hospital Mobile App

We provided services with a resource rental system for the Koç Healthcare application, which facilitates access to laboratory results, pathology reports, radiology images and reports, epicrisis and surgery reports from the Koç Group’s American Hospital, Koç University Hospital, MedAmerikan Medical Center and Bodrum American Hospital.

Patients’ access to their medical reports and communication with doctors were largely handled through physical means or through separate systems. This was both time-consuming and, especially during the pandemic, increased the need for digital healthcare services. Furthermore, the fragmented nature of online appointment and payment processes weakened the user experience.

With the Koç Healthcare mobile application;

Patients can easily access laboratory, pathology, radiology, and surgery reports.
They can join online appointments with doctors via mobile portals and staff applications.
Video calls can be conducted securely.
Interactive features such as messaging, survey creation, and screen sharing can be used during appointments.
Payments can be completed via mobile devices, integrating with Yapı Kredi’s infrastructure and Ödero payment systems.

In this way, a fast, safe and integrated digital health experience was provided for patients.

The project was launched following a comprehensive process that included planning, integration, testing, and go-live.
