Sevvec solutions can be used as meeting room screen, school classroom screen, doctor room in hospitals and inpatient room information screen. These are touch screens with android processor with different size options: 10.1 ”- 13.3” - 15.6 ”. These screens, which are easily managed via the web, can show the subject of the meeting, the start time and the participants. It can show weekly, monthly lounge status and provides calendaring for reservations.

Also, directing to the meeting room is easily done with totems placed at the entrance of the institutions. It is possible to provide various information such as weather and news, if needed, with the meeting room screen. Our Sevvec displays have green, red led lights that show the meeting room status.

Sevvec Meeting Room software works synchronously with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange. The dates and times set for the meeting are automatically reflected on the information screens.

Our meeting room desk and reservation system can also be used effectively at the entrance of classrooms in schools, and examination room entrances in hospitals. When used in schools, it contains information such as which class is in which class, who is the teacher, what is the subject of the lesson, and at what time the lesson starts and ends.

In hospitals, information such as which doctor is in which room, who is in the order of examination can be published. In the information screen, the name of the patient, the name of the relevant nurse and the doctor can be displayed.
