Shell Corporate Smart Card Discount Management Portal

Shell’s corporate customer and fuel discount definition processes were being carried out manually through different systems, causing time loss, data inconsistencies, and operational difficulties. In addition, incompatibility between global and local systems led to slower processes.	A new corporate customer management and discount definition portal was developed, integrated with Shell’s global systems. With this portal: New corporate customers can be easily registered, Fuel discounts can be managed through a centralized system, Automatic data exchange with global systems is ensured via API integrations.	As part of the project, the portal’s design, frontend, and backend development were built from scratch. Through API integrations, full compatibility with Shell’s global systems was achieved. The development process included interface design, integration planning, testing, and go-live phases — carried out as a comprehensive, multi-stage project.
